ACS Forged
The Leitner Designs ACS FORGED is the culmination of 5 years and hundreds of thousands of off-road miles of testing. Introduced in late 2019 the ACS Forged carries on the legendary durability, modularity and customizability of the original ACS Classic in a sleek new package.
ACS Classic
The ACS classic has been the leading off-road truck rack since its inception in 2014. With innovative first such as a rear sliding load bar and integrated gear pods the uses for the Active Cargo System go far beyond carrying items above the roof.

GearPod XL
The gear pod XL follows in the footsteps of the original Gear Pod but with 4X the storage volume. 40 gallons (160 Quarts). The gear Pod XL installs easily on all leitner Designs ACS racks using 6 TrakLok nuts and grade 10.9 bolts. The pod features 2 locking latches as well as a padlock hasp on each end for extra security.
ROTOPAX
RotopaX™ fuel packs are the only rotational-molded EPA and CARB compliant portable fuel containers available for sale in the United States! This is thanks to a patented three-layer roto-molding process, along with specially formulated plastic barrier material to meet the government’s new extremely low permeability requirements. Gas tank available in a 3 and 2 gallon. Water Tanks available in 2 Gallon.
MaxTrax
The SAFE, SIMPLE, QUICK and EASY vehicle recovery device. The carton includes 2 MAXTRAX and 2 orange telltale leashes (so you can find your MAXTRAX when they’re buried).
MAXTRAX is the lightweight, easy-to-use vehicle recovery and extraction device that’s easily carried by almost anything with four-wheels ensuring an easy way out if your vehicle becomes stuck.
